Additional Public Prosecutor.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period

of four weeks from today.

This application is filed for grant of regular bail in

connection with Chanpatiya Sirisiya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023

registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and

Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

recovery of 5 litres of country made liquor. The petitioner is in

custody since 30.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for

regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be

released on bail after completing six months in custody and on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in

connection with Chanpatiya Sirisiya P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023.
