Simple Game/Lead-up Game

Objectives:
1. To design own simple/lead-up game that used to apply in actual sports or any physical education
activities.
2. To provide mechanics of the game and strategies that can be applied in Physical Education
3. To engage learners in participating in physical and recreational activities
Instruction: As your midterm exam, you will create and plan a simple game providing your own
mechanics/rules.
FORMAT

I. Title of the Game


Come up with a creative title that best suits your game.
II. Objectives
In this part, provide at least three (3) objectives of the game. Include what the player is required
to do and how the participant will win or lose.
III. Equipment
Include the materials of the game.
IV. Instructions/Mechanics
Explain the detailed instruction of the game, as well as the overview, how the game works, and
target participants. If there are instructions that need to emphasize, add a reminder.
V. Scoring
Explain how the participants will earn a point. (This is optional depending on the mechanics of
the game)
VI. Illustration/Picture
Provide a diagram that shows the facility. This is to visualize the space and further understand
the mechanics.
