The 4th rule highlights EQUALITY. We are all born equal no matter our race, status, or

educational background. Our society may have divided us into groups but we must all

understand that no one is superior of anyone.

The importance of Equality applies to all of us nowadays, we were all born the same

and people who are treated fairly and given equal opportunities are better equipped to

contribute to the community's social and economic well-being, as well as to boost

growth and prosperity. Confidence - through removing entrenched social and economic

disadvantages, an equal and fair society is likely to be safer.

This principle is about women. Every woman deserves to be respected and no man

shall see them as an object or a pastime. Just like they always say, a man who doesn’t

respect a woman does not respect his mother who gave him birth. Girls deserve to be

loved with full respect and care.

Women have been mistreated and denied their rights for many years. They were not

expected to go to college or become leaders. All they were supposed to do was serve
males; first, their fathers and siblings at home, and later, after marriage, their husbands.

Their only employment was to perform home tasks for no money. However, things have

changed, and so has society's outlook. Women are rising and demanding their rights.

sariling wika, yaon may magandang asal, may isang pangungusap, may dangal at puri;
yaon di nagpapaapi’t di nakikiapi; yaong marunong magdamdam at marunong lumingap
sa bayang tinubuan.

Being moral and upright is emphasized in the thirteenth principle. The quality of a man's
life is not determined by his social standing or his possessions. Instead, it is reflected in
his personality and his love of his native nation.
