Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) merupakan
salah satu lini bisnis pengembangan terbaru yang ada
pada DMS sejak berdiri tahun 2005. Sehingga saat ini
DMS mempunyai kemampuan dan kompetensi
PABRIKASI dan KONTRAKTOR EPC. DMS terus bergerak
maju, memperkuat posisinya sebagai perusahaan
konstruksi terdepan di Indonesia. Tantangan dan
kebutuhan pasar membuat perusahaan mengem-
bangkan bidang EPC tersebut secara bertahap, baik di
sektor Industri Minyak dan Gas, Industri Agro, Infrastruktur,
Bangunan Industri serta di sektor industri energi dan
pertambangan. Berbagai jenis proyek ditangani sejauh ini,
mencerminkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan pasar
terhadap kemampuan dan kompetensi DMS. Pengalaman
dalam proyek yang besar menjadi proses pembelajaran
berkelanjutan bagi DMS untuk terus eksis dan

INTRODUCTION
Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) is one of the
newest business development lines in DMS since its
establishment in 2005. So now DMS has the capability and
competency of EPC FACTORY and CONTRACTOR &
FABRICATOR. DMS continues to move forward,
strengthening its position as the leading construction
company in Indonesia. Market challenges and needs
encourage the company to gradually develop the EPC
sector, both in the Oil and Gas Industry, Agro Industry,
Infrastructure, Industrial Buildings and in the energy and
mining industry sectors. The various types of projects
handled so far, reflect customer and market confidence in
DMS capabilities and competencies. Experience in large
projects is a continuous learning process for DMS to
continue to exist and develop in the EPC and
FABRICATION business sectors, in accordance with DMS's

SANDBLASTING is a method used to clean, strengthen
(peen) or polish metal. Sandblasting, beside hot deep
galvanize, is used in almost every steel construction.
Painting is the method commonly used to protect steel.
Paint systems for steel structures have developed over
the years to comply with industrial environmental
legislation and in response to demands from bridge and
building owners for improved durability performance.

 QUALITY CONTROL

IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY STANDARDS

Quality Control is responsible for the implementation of quality standards and testing
procedures for steel framing, steel parts and finishing. Perform QC testing, record
keeping, welding inspections. We must be capable to read and understanding steel
fabrication drawings. Must be able to measure parts, bent shapes, and overall steel
framing dimensions accurately. Primary duties will include the dimensional checking of fit
up on poles and steel structure component, weld symbols and a general compliance to the
specified detail drawings as well as AWS specifications.
