Section 2 Company Description

Company Background
GGC Catering Company is a service company. The company make the best and
special foods for its customers. GGC signifies for “Golden Goodies Cuisine”. GGC
Catering Company type of industry is Partnership. There are 6 owners of the company.
They are Nelly Jane Pansaon, Ailyn Maute, Guenneth Alferez, Mae Tambe, Joshua
Camayudo, and John Vincent Nuyad. GGC Catering Company is located at Camia, St.
Juna, Matina,Davao City. The company makes and cooks variety of unique and finest
foods that will absolutely suit the taste of the customers and be satisfied.
The company starts when they are in Senior High School. Their teacher in
Entrepreneurship told them to come up with a company and decide whether it is a
product or service type of business. The company was constructed on September 2021.
GGC Catering Company has different and well-trained professional chefs that is
assigned on different types of food based on where they are best fitted in and will
produce the extraordinary foods that will fulfill the desires of the customers in terms of
the food they want.

Vision Statement
By 2025, a great and renowned service company in the Philippines catering the
finest and luxurious dishes to clients that serves them what they wish and crave for their
foods to be.

Mission Statement
Dedicated to fulfill and accomodate the needs and wants of the clients on the
dihes of their choices. The company purely ought to give the clients the pleasure and
contentment on the dishes that are being serve to them. Hoping to see the satisfaction
and fondness painted on their faces because of the service that company gave them.

Industry Structure
Industry structure pertains to the number and size distribution of competitors in
an industry.

In the first quarter of the year, we only gain 5% of the customers from
the competitor A, 15% of the costumers from competitor B and lastly, 10% of the
costumers is from competitor C. Since our business is still on the brink of
developing and new to the eye of the customers, we only acquire a low
percentage of the customers as of the month of January to April.

As of the month of May to August, from 5% the first quarter we got 15%
of customers from the competitor A, 25% of customers from competitor B and
now 20% of costumers from competitor C. We are gradually gaining high number of
costumers due to the fact that our business is still existing and being acknowledged
after the 4 months of fulfilling and serving the desired foods of the costumers.

After the two quarter of providing the variety of finest and unique dishes, the
percentage of customers we attained from the different competitors is constanltly
growing for the business became vast and reliable to many businesses and
customers. 30% of the customers is from the competitor A, 40% of the
customers is from competitor B and the 35% is from the competitor C.

• Service Providing a High and Consistent Quality of Service is a Key


to Business Success. That is because high service quality promotes
customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction has a direct link to
business revenue.
• Product quality. Good quality as the critical requirement in meeting
customer expectation; our dynamic quality system is how we supply great
product time and time again. The demand we place on ourselves to
continually make quality product is recognized throughout the industry; it is
what attracts new customers and keep our tried and true customers on
board even during the challenging economic times from which we are just
how emerging.

You Spend on Specific Activities. On the surface of things, it seems
that time management should be easy and straightforward- something that
just happens. In practice, time management is a skill that takes effort to

Positive Attitude. Value relationship with the clients for them to stay in a
long period of time and address complaints with positive attitude about
their positive and negative complains to show politeness and dedicated in
our business.
