Dr. Crispin obtained an M.D. from the National University of Mexico (UNAM). In 2007, after completing an Internal
Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship in Mexico, he moved to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical
Center in Boston as a postdoctoral research fellow. In 2012 he became Assistant Professor of Medicine in Harvard
Medical School. In 2015 he returned to Mexico. His work studies the cellular and molecular pathways that regulate
immune activation and function in the setting of systemic autoimmunity and cancer.
