General Manager
THRU: MR. MARVIN B. BISARES, MM
Administrative Supervisor
FROM: SUB-OFFICE HEAD
SUBJECT: SWOT ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS PROCESSES FLOW CHART
DATE: SEPTEMBER 8, 2016

Sir,

Greetings!

This is in connection with your MEMO dated August 22, 2016 soliciting our final inputs
for recognizing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of all departments/sub-
offices. In this regard, I am very pleased to inform you that our strengths at Manabo Sub-Office
are our good working relationship with each other, excellent cooperation and we have a
hardworking employees who are willing to sacrifice themselves in maintaining our power lines
and restoring power during unscheduled brown-outs even during non-working days. We also
have a high collection efficiency because of our reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
collections. I always encourage them to communicate properly and politely in order for us to
have a smooth and good relationship with them. There was also an increase in new connection in
our area because of business growth and power lines extension to different sitios and barangays.
Sometimes, we encounter problems in our collection and maintenance because of service
vehicle problem. I am requesting that our service vehicle must be a four wheel driver (4x4) in
order for us to reach the remotest areas we covered especially during rainy season. We also have
problem on manpower because we only have two permanent linemen (Foreman and Lineman).
That’s the reason why I am respectfully requesting that our contractual employees be retained on
hired because we really need their services, for us to maintain our good services to our member-
consumers and maintain our high collection efficiency.
Sir, for your information and approval.

Very truly yours,

ARNEL M. BERNALES
