Bangalore Development Authority invites applications from eligible Institutions for the Allotment of Civic Amenity
Sites (C.A. Sites) published below as per the provisions of BDA (Allotment of Civic Amenity Sites) Rules, 1989.

registration foe for the respective CASIte given in columr-7. b) i any
instiuion desires to apply for more than one C.A.sit, it should register

fee, the Authority shall rfundto suchinstiuion the entire registration fee paid by
the institution after deducing 10% of the registration fee towards service
charges. d) The registration once made shallbe val for subsequent allotments
unless the institution withdraws the registration. e) The. registration fee paid
shall not be relunded or adusted @ civic amenity site is alloted tothe
institution. f) The registration fe shalbe paidin Cash’ by DD only.
Eligibility - a) The Authrty wil allt the C.A.Site on lease basis only to an
insttuion whichis registred under Rule-5 othe said rues) Insttuion means
aninsttuton, Society or an association registered under the Karnataka Society
Registration Act,1960, or a Co-operative Sociely registered under the Co-
operative Societies Act, 1960, or a Trust crealed wholly for Chantabl,
Ecatonal or Religious puposes,
Lease amount and site allotment to institution) The allotment of Civic
Amenity ste shallbe ony on lease basis fora period not exceeding 30 years. b)
‘The lease amaunt of the site tobe alloted on lease bassin any area shall be
fixed by the Authoriy based on the corec dimension ofthe site, The area ofthe
sit indicated is subject to variation. c) The lease amount may be paid in one
BDAHead Otfce, after payment of Rs. 1000/-towards cost of application form.
») Inituion registered with BDA may only apply in the prescribed forme for
allotment of CAste along wih the intial dapost, which is given in column 8 and
\abich willbe 10% ofthe notified lease amount ofthe st, c) The application shall
be presented in person or sent by Registered Post so as to reacn the office of
‘he Commissioner, BDA, trough Canara Bank cash counter at BDA untl 3.30
PPM on or before 05.04.2021. The applications which are received afer the due
date and which are defective and incorrect are lable to be rejected d) The
applicant shal submit the Annual Report and Audit Repor forte last ve years
{and Resoluton of the insttuton/Trust seeking allotment, ec. along withthe
appleation,
Conditions of Allotment: 2) The conditions ofthe allotment of the CA site are
given along withthe applicaton frm. } In case there iso adequate response
‘tom the public for the allotment of any partcuar CA ste, the Authority can
change the purpose of such CA site in conformity withthe Comprehensive
Development Plan and re-notify the same for allotment. c) The decison of the
‘Authority regarding allotment sna be final. The Authority reserves te right to
2oceptor eject any oralthe applcatons receivedfor any ofthe sites.

‘ANY OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSED PURPOSE OF ALLOTMENT OR
OTHERWISE SHALL BE INFORMED TO THE COMMISSIONER,
BANGALORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, BENGALURU, WITHIN 7
DAYS FROM THE DATE OF NOTIFICATION. THE DECISION OF THE
AUTHORITY ON SUCH OBJECTIONS SHALL BEFINAL.
