1.Price and Specifications are subject to change without prior notice, Prices and offers prevailing at the time of delivery, will be applicable.
2.All booking amounts made with the dealership are non–interest bearing. In event of any booking amount/full payment cancellation, amount will be
refunded without any interest.
3.Refund will be provided by cheque within 10 working days of cancellation of booking with letter of request & original booking receipt.
4.The above ex-showroom price is inclusive of GST, Cess, HSRP & 3 Years Factory Fitted Warranty & RSA, as applicable on all cars variant wise.
5.GST is applicable on all Advance Payments including bookings subject to adjustable against Sales Invoice billed later on.
6.Incase of self Registration by the customer – undertaking is required from the customer
7.Interest on the Booking Amount @ 8% pa is payable by the dealership to customers for all deliveries delayed beyond 90-days of booking
8.Once RTO tax & insurance amount has been paid the vehicle cannot be Changed/Replaced/Cancelled.
9.RTO charges include FASTag charges inclusive of taxes (NPCI guideline vide letter dated 14th Nov, 2017) Security Deposit (Refundable) – INR 200/- ;
Minimum balance in the account – INR 200/- ; Issuance Fee – INR 200/- (Max)
10.0.75% TCS (Tax Collection at Source) is applicable on the value of the invoice for all vehicles with Invoice value greater than 10 lakh rupees www.india.ford.com
11.Finance & Exchange Facility is also available. All rights of approval & loan disbursement are reserved with the bank/financier. /cu v/freestyle/
12.Essential Kit includes Carpet Floor Mat, Mud Flaps, Trunk Mat only.
13.(a) 3 Years Third Party Premium of Rs. 9684 (Includes Basic TP premium + Legal Liability for Paid Driver, and excluding GST)
13.(b) Final Premium Amount of the 3 year third party premium will depend on CPA cover opted by the customer, additional GST of 18% will be applicable
for the same.
14.Please ensure receipt against all payments made. No claims shall be entertained without original payment receipt at a later date.
15.Above RTO / registration charges are for Individual, for corporate registration, kindly check the applicable charges.
16.Temporary registration charges of Rs. 2000/- (Within Bihar) will be applicable in case of self-registration by customer.
17.All Payments has to be made through Cash/DD/Cheque in favor of PREMA MOTORS PVT. LTD. payable at State Bank Of India (SBI) A/c No:

18.All disputes are subject to Patna Jurisdiction.
