Filipino and Foreign Culture To


The Organizational
Management
(REFLECTION PAPER)

I think that the influence of Filipino and Foreign


culture to organizational management have a difference based
on their culture,values, and beliefs.It seems that all this
culture,values, and beliefs has a positive and negative
implications.In my opinion this culture will make the place
work easy and manageable.

A good quote by Steve Jobs says that “It’s not about


money.It’s about the people you have,and how you lead.Its
seems that the Filipino values have negative and positive
implication to the organizational management.This influence
will guide the Filipino worker to be more persevere and
motivate in their task and achieve their goals.I see that when it
comes to the managing it will be easier to handle because the
Filipino worker are trained,but sometimes you can’t stop
having a workers who become selfish and self centered.In
Foreign culture it seems that they have many culture.They
believe that they will have better relationship and it will be
easy to manage,easy to know the style of management
because of their different culture.In addition because of their
culture you will have a better relationship to your co-worker.

In conclusion both Filipino and Foreign culture is


important because it makes your work easier and it will serve
as your guide on how to be a better manager
employee,employers,and co-worker in the work environment.
