Hello everyone.

First, I would like to express my sincere thanks on behalf of the

company to all the leaders who came to the meeting today. I’m a representative at
the packing and dispatching division. I just got off the phone with the people from
a customer and they also have some feedback about the packaging of our company.
I hold this meeting today to highlight a few key issues and fixes for the packaging
and shipping department to report retailers' preferences for apparel. I hope that,
through this meeting, we will get a lot of comments and feedback from everyone. I
have got some detailed instructions about how they want their garment packaged
who can consult and evaluate. As per my discussion during previous meetings with
the retailers, the garment items they required are: shirts, jeans, dresses,...About
folding jeans, they say that this is a kind of pants with thick material, good stretch
and quite tacky so they expect us to pack it in a straight way. Because, this method
will help us pack quickly, conveniently, and at a low cost while still ensuring the
shape and quality of the product. After the pants are pressed, we straighten the
jeans on a flat surface and then fold them. Fold the pants size to fit the 12x10x8 cm
snap-on box they provide. After folding, we pack the product into the box. Each
box will contain 1 product of jeans and the box is fully printed with product code,
place of manufacture, material, ..Those are the wishes that the customer wants us
to fulfill in the packaging process Clothing items are usually less damaged during
transportation, so the packaging for this type of product is also quite simple. Skirts
are usually produced from thin materials such as chiffon, silk... These materials
cannot be rolled into cylinders like jeans. Its nature is that the fabric is soft, which
does not retain its original shape during express delivery. Moreover, for this dress
item, they want to see the shape of the dress clearly at first glance. Therefore, when
shipping the dress items, we just need to fold them neatly according to the size.
square or rectangular is okay and wrap them in separate plastic garment bags. Then
place the packaged product into the carton so that the right side of the product
should be on top. The size of the carton must be consistent with the volume, they
require the carton to have good moisture absorption and resistance to protect the
goods against the surrounding environmental factors, and to avoid damage and
mold for the goods. product. Cartons must have the rigidity and strength to meet
the freight process. They want 25 products per case. After the goods are lined up,
use adhesive tape to seal the top of the box. And finally provide full information on
each box such as the name of the business, product code, quantity, color, and
size, ... And last one we have men shirt. Regarding folding men's shirts, they said
they wanted the shirt to hold well. So it's not as simple as just folding the shirt to
put it in the pocket, but we have to fold the shirt so that the right side of the shirt is
facing the front. The position of the collar prevents accidental folding and the
pocket is in the front. During the packaging process, people will use extra pads,
silk clips, and pins ... to fix the shirt. For convenience in transportation, we should
put the shirt in the bag and put it in the carton, paying attention to the face. right of
the products facing up. According to standard packing, each carton contains 5
products and minimizes scratches. After placing the goods in the box, use tape to
fix the mouth of the box. On the box full information about product code, quantity,
color ... I think the packaging shouldn't be a problem, however, the deadline is
drawing near so we need to speed up the work but we still have to ensure the
quality of the packaging to the customer. We are asserting good quality in
packaging, goods are shipped in large volumes without deviation, damage, or
errors. However, in a few cases, we still have a basic error, usually a lack of
quantity in the order or a delay in the delivery process. So what is the solution? We
need to deal with the customer quickly, find out the quantity, and quickly deliver
the missing part, Items must be properly packaged and orders must be delivered on
time. each of us needs to do our duty well to become a professional team. I hope
we will do a good job of our responsibilities. Our meeting ends here. Thank you to
everyone who attended and listened.
