RELEASE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Release and License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this [Date] by and

Party of the Second Part: [Individuals/Entities Associated with "CBA" Web Series]: [Names
and Titles of Individuals/Entities] [Addresses] [City, State, ZIP] [Country]
Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Background: Whereas, the "CBA" web series (hereinafter referred to as the "Series") has been
produced and recorded on the premises of the "Lessee"; and
Whereas, it is the intent of the Parties to formalize the rights related to the use of recorded
footage from the Series for promotional purposes.
Agreement Terms:

 1. Grant of Rights: The Parties acknowledge and agree that the "Lessee" is
granted an exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute,
display, and create derivative works based on any and all recorded footage of the Series,
regardless of whether such footage was formally recorded for the Series or captured
incidentally on the premises during production.
 2. Permitted Uses: The "Lessee" is authorized to use the recorded footage,
including any references to the names of actors and the Series, on its official social media
platforms for promotional purposes that may directly or indirectly benefit the
"Lessee's" company.
 3. Release and Indemnification: The individuals/entities associated with the
creation of the Series hereby release and hold harmless the "Lessee" from any and all
claims, liabilities, demands, and actions arising from the use of the recorded footage,
including but not limited to copyright claims. The "Lessee" shall not be held responsible
for any harm caused by promotional videos that feature Series clips prerelease or post-
release.
 4. Term: This Agreement shall be effective from the date of execution and shall
remain in effect indefinitely.
 5. Understanding of Implications: Both Parties acknowledge that they have read
and understood the implications of this Agreement and its terms.
 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising
under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts located in [City], [State], India.
