A salary increase is one of the strongest arguments of showing your employees
appreciation and acknowledging their accomplishments, especially for teachers after working for a certain amount of years. In the Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Cagayan de Oro, had also attended this outlook for our teachers who have worked hard. This comes in the STEP Increment for teachers which aims to give an additional increase to teacher’s basic pay every after 3 years of service. Unlike before, the process of Step Increment is done every year, today, it is done every month. With this, more teachers are in grateful for this new process from the DepEd of Cagayan de Oro city. This opportunity is a great help and strengthens the care for our teachers to look forward in working throughout the years of their public service.
