Narrative
It has come to our attention at in several instances where other HOMES Operators have reported to our
office unethical, unprofessional and deceiving practices pertaining to the conduct of our ecom business
against your HOMES account as follows:
1) Tocoma customer reported that TCK product has been delivered instead of Tocoma.
2) Stating in the sales conversation that old Tocoma has been phased out and that TCK is new and
improved version with enhanced ingredients.
3) Using the Brand Tocoma as the meaning of TCK (Tocoma Colon King)
4) Please note that your page name bears the name Tocoma.

Please see attachments for your reference. Please explain to us in writing (as provided in the space
below) on this same sheet, why this has happened and please provide your corrective and
preventive measures for this matter within 3 days from receipt thereof.
