The purpose of this course is to require all graduate students to actively participate in the discussion of the latest developments in various branches of mathematics in order to cultivate their knowledge depth and breadth, Instructional Approach Methods Notes Formal lecture __Keynote speeches by experts and scholars Group discussion Case studies For content of personal interest, small research can be carried out Grading assessment Methods Percentage Notes Class discussion 10% Each pertinent question earns 2% points, at most 5 per student over the semester. Each involvement half page report earns 2% points, at most 3 per semester. ‘There will be 15 sessions, each worth 6% of the grade. Attendance without use of Attendances 90% unapproved electronics earns the full 6%, Use of unapproved electronics deducts 2% per Use, up to 6% per session.
