Dedication

This project is dedicated to God Almighty, my creator, my tower of

strength, and my source of inspiration, wisdom, knowledge, and
understanding. He has been the source of my strength throughout this
program, and I have only flown on His wings. This project is also dedicated to
my parents, who have never failed to provide me with financial and moral
support, for meeting all of my needs while I worked on my system, and for
showing me that even the most difficult endeavor can be completed if done
one step at a time.

A special thanks to my loving friends Bianca C. Turo-Turo, whose

words of encouragement and push for tenacity ring in my ears; Angela T.
Caliso, who has never left my side and is very special; and Lorenze Balahay,
who, even though he was not physically present to help me, I can always feel
his unconditional support and love.
