GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Overview

The ideal candidate is a graphic designer with professional experience in B2B. Experience
working with photography and/or videography is a plus. In addition, good communication skills in
English it is an advantage.

This graphic designer will be spending their time designing sales materials, guides/reports,
graphics, etc. in a highly technical industry with a small team. To be successful, they need to be
reliable, proactive, work ethic and creative with an eye for detail.

We need to trust that we can send them copy and they can lay it out in design with little
guidance, and then collaborate closely with us to refine drafts to get to a final product.

A portfolio submission is a must for this role. We want to see examples of their B2B work—
both internal and external-facing designed work (for example, a sales one-pager and a
customer-facing guide or infographic).

Terms of the offer:

• Work modality: Part time remote job. 20 - 25 hours a week according to the eastern time
zone.
• Contract: Independent contractor.
• Compensation: The compensation is based on your skills and experience, so please let us
know your compensation goal, so we can send your application form with your proposal
to our client.
• Payment modality: It is a monthly payment in dollars. It can be sent through a wire
transfer to a bank account inside or outside your country of residence or to payment
platforms such as PayPal, Payoneer or Wise. In addition, it is necessary that you be able
to emit to us a personal receipt or invoice for your professional services at the end of
each month.

Selection process:
1. Reception of documents: reception of the experience questionnaire, resume in English,
and portfolio to elaborate the application form.
2. First interview: Interview with the recruiter to discuss the details of the offer and the
candidate's experience.
3. Second interview: Interview with the company. The company evaluates the candidate's
knowledge, skills, and experience.
4. Hiring: sending the contract to the candidate selected by the company and coordination
of the onboarding.
