Training-Worshop/ Team Building Capability Activities are fundamental prerequisites for thriving in
life. Employees give their clients the access to this power, enabling them to advance personally and keep
moving toward their goals. Pandemic period has impacted so much with the lives of every employee in any
organization, thus, the needs of training-workshop arises to address different individual concerns that will
somehow direct/indirectly affect the organization’s functions and role. In addition, the daily monotonous
routine of an employee to perform his/her job may eventually cause them to lose some of their effectiveness
and enthusiasm thus they need too to learn more and be more or unlearn and relearn.
One of the four pillars of the “The Super Energetic Host MJ Leadership-Workshop” is into employees’
upskilling and reskilling. This is to ensure that the all the members of the organization has the people it needs
to put into action its Vision, Mission, and Core Values. The organization introduced Learning and
2 Development (L&D) System as its mechanism in ascertaining that its personnel are constantly improving

themselves by engaging in professional development activities and networks that nurture and harness core
behavioral/functional/leadership competencies. Strengthened and empowered human capital through
needs/competency-based L&D interventions is its strategy in ensuring employee and Office effectiveness.
By closing these gaps, “The Super ENERGETIC Host MJ Leadership Training- Workshop” is in its
mission to enhance the human capital of the Office. The Corporate procedures and methods are continuously
improved to keep up with the most recent advancements in the training landscape. The focus of this year's
leadership development is to give them the necessary knowledge and abilities to develop the holistic skills of
each individual in an organization, which can undoubtedly improve their self-esteem and help them become
better versions of themselves every single day. The said training-workshop aims to build a strong foundation
for both their personal and professional development. Consequently, this 1-day activity will concentrate on the
holistic approach of each individual in an organization.
