EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made at Yangon on the 1st day of Feb,2016 between MR.Anton (AUNG NAING SOE),Managing
Director of An & Brothers Manufacturing CO.,LTD.(Herein after called the EMPLOYER) of the one part and MRS ROTHA
MOLIKA PassPort No. N-00620550 (herein after called the EMPLOYEE) of the other part.

Whereas the employer has appointed as General Manager and the employer has agreed to the said appointment, the
parties here to agree as follows:

1) The employer shall be employed as General Manager for. the Garment factory at Warrtayar Industrial Zone according
to the CMP system product, to monitor the garment factory to be in high quality and to be more efficiency in
productivity.
2) This agreement shall be valid one year from (1.Feb.2019 to 1. FEB. 2022) and shall be renewed with parties'consent.
3) The remunerate package will be fixed at USD $ 2500 per month, and the employer will provide employee suitable
accommodation, food and transport free of charge.
4) The employer will take all responsibility to apply for the employee's visa extension,stay permit,labor registration etc.to
the respective Ministry of the Government of the Union of Myanmar.
