How to Make a Vegetarian Carrot Soup

Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
50 gr chopped carrots
2 lt vegetable stock
100 gr low fat cheese
Ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Put the onion and carrots into a large pan with the stock. Bring up to boil.
2. Blend all the ingredients up to a puree until smooth.
3. Add soft cheese and blend again for creaminess.
4. Serve with a cup of rice or preferred carbs, and enjoy.

How to Make a Natural Oat Mask


Ingredients:
Cooked (not dry) oatmeal
Plain yogurt
Honey
Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup boiling water and ⅓ cup oatmeal.
2. Stir to make sure the water permeates the oatmeal.
3. Let the mixture sit for two minutes.
4. Measure in 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 egg white.
5. Stir well and use.
