IV. Structural Description:
4.1 Electric operating table using electric system to complete the table lifting, front back, left
and right, vertical translation, back plane lifting, head plate, leg plate and waist bridge for manual
operation.
4.2 The bed has four active sections: head, back, seat, and leg; convenient.
4.3 Equipped with emergency power supply, it can be automatically charged. When the
network power supply is cut off, the emergency power supply can automatically jump to the
working state.
4.4 The main frame is made of high quality carbon steel material, and the outer cover side
rail is stainless steel, strong and rigid.
4.5 The mattress of the electric operating table is formed as a high-density memory sponge
shape.
4.6 High quality 304 stainless steel base outside, beautiful and generous shape, dustproof and

waterproof, stable and practical.
4.7 Brake device is equipped for easy transportation, displacement and cleaning.

V. Use Instructions:
The electric operating table must be equipped with a power socket above 220V and 10A,
and the socket is reliably grounded.
Before using the operating table, plug in the power cord and the handheld operator indicator light
is on.
5.1 Position adjustment
A) Platform front, back, left, right, longitudinal translation, table rise, down, folding back and
lower back, just press the handheld operator of the corresponding button to achieve this
action.The control buttons are all click buttons. When the button of the required action is pressed,
the corresponding motor action and the button release action will stop immediately.Each function
key is shown in the figure below.
5.2 Operation and disassembly of head plate
5.2.1 Head head up and down
Holding the bottom end of the head plate, pull the pull rod, the head plate can be folded up and
down, relax can self-lock.
5.2.2 Remove off and install the head plate

Release the two fixed knobs under the backplane and remove the head plate.Conversely,
always lock the knob after installing the head board.
5.3 Adjusting operation and disassembly of leg plate

5.3.1 Ffold the leg plate

Hold one hand under the leg plate and fold the handle, the other hand turns the leg plate down
to the desired position, loosen the handle, and the leg plate is fixed in that position;
5.3.2 Leg board extension:
Release the leg plate abduction handle and turn the leg plate inside out on the level until turning
the leg plate to the desired angle and then tighten the handle.
5.3.3 Install and remove the leg plate
Release the leg plate abduction handle until remove it vertically up; when mounting, place the leg
plate and tighten the handle.
5.4 Turn the waist plate lifting handle to lift the waist plate.
5.5 Hold the back plate bottom end of the pull rod, the pull rod outside the inside,
the back plate can be folded, relax can self-lock.
5.6 When the fuse needs to be replaced, use the starter to remove the fuse seat, remove the
insurance pipe, replace the fuse of the same type, and then load it as the original.

 The product accessories are removable. When in use, just put the slider or lock
of the fixed accessories into the corresponding position of the side track of the
operating table, insert the accessories, adjust the position, and tighten the
handle to fix the accessories.
Product accessories are non-vulnerable parts, which normally do not need to
be replaced during the life period.All parts and accessories shall use the same
specifications of the company and shall not be used arbitrarily.Using other
accessories or materials will reduce safety.
VII. Precautions:
1. Before using the operating table, all handles should be locked to avoid
loosening or slipping during the operation.
2. The operating table can electrically operate multiple actions, and a single
action must be operated when used.Note: The product uses single-phase AC power
supply (220V, 50Hz), the fuse rating is 8A, and the power inlet adopts national
standard three-pin plug. The power socket (three-pin) should be carefully checked
to ensure its reliable grounding; when stop working, turn off the power.In case
of failure, it should be repaired by a professional personnel, the company needs
to provide services, please contact the dealer or the company in time, must not
repair at will.
3. After the operation, all dirt on the table shall be removed and kept clean;
the table is horizontal and the waist is lowered.
4. The handheld remote control should be kept clean and dry to avoid damage
and leakage. After use, it must be hung back to the hook and do not put it wrong.
5. During the operation, it should be paid attention to not to step on the power
cord or control line with your feet, so as not to break the plug and connection
or cause the damage of the wire insulation and affect the operation.
6. The backplane and leg plate shall not support the whole body alone.Leg board
sitting is not allowed.
7. Before folding the back, the waist bridge should be lowered to the lowest
position so as not to damage the back.
8. When the bed surface drops, the leg plate must be adjusted horizontally first.

When the leg plate is folded, the decline range of the bed surface should be
controlled to prevent the leg plate from pressing the base.
9. The operating table should be placed in the dry place to prevent damp damage
to the electrical control part.
10. It must be maintained once a year.
11. This product is a mechanical and electric system. If fault, it must be
repaired by professional personnel.
12. If the parts replaced during the electric operating table are confirmed
to be scrapped and cannot be used, they shall be classified according to the
"recyclable and non-recyclable waste".
13. The service life of the electric operating table is 8 years. Exdue use may
reduce mechanical strength due to wear and rust of some mechanical parts and cause
damage to patients. The operating table should be maintained regularly and used
during the safe use period.
14. The safe operating load of the electric operating table is 135kg.
15. The electric operating table must be used on the antistatic ground.
16. The voltage of the emergency power supply is 24V, and the battery capacity
is 2.4AH.Emergency power supplies must be checked semi iannually and if the
installation of the external protective conductor is in doubt or the integrity of
its wiring, the equipment shall be operated by an internal power supply.
17. The built-in emergency power supply is only used when there is no mains or the mains is
abnormal, and when the bed body does not move, please check whether the mains power supply
is normal.
18. Be careful not to let the metal contact the charging battery, prevent high
temperature exposure to the battery, and do not put the scrapped battery into the
fire.
Warning: When the electric operating table and high-frequency surgical
equipment, heart defibrillator and heart defibrillator monitor are used, there
may be patient burns, patient burns, and the equipment can not be used normally;

Viii. Cleaning, disinfection and sterilization:

 1. It is strictly prohibited to flush the operating table with water;
2. Clean the operating table with soft cloth, sponge, wet cloth or washing
detergent.Do not use hard hair brush, steel wire brush, also do not use
decontamination powder, paint, acetic ether, banana water, acid and alkali solution
to any surface.
3. The mattress should be disinfected with alcohol, ether and ultraviolet light
(avoid high temperature disinfection).

The packaged operating table shall be stored in the relative humidity not exceeding
80%, no corrosive gas and well ventilated room, and roll is not allowed.
Can be used in general transport transport, in the process of transport to avoid shock,
