Dual Diploma Program: 2023-2024 Academic Calendar

RETURNING STUDENTS FIRST SEMESTER

Semester 1 Begins: September 18, 2023 Semester 1 Ends: January 12, 2024

First Semester Required Mandatory Group Live Sessions: Students will be required to attend all live sessions
during the following weeks; September 18, October 16, November 27. Students should mark their calendars and
plan accordingly as these will count toward their grade. Teachers will send the specific dates, times, and directions.

Content Based Group Live Sessions: Weeks of October 2, October 30, November 13, December 11, 2023

One-on-One Student/Teacher Video Conference: Students will be required to attend a minimum of one Video
Conference with their teacher each semester if they are in English I or English II. These Video Conferences are
separate from the Group Live Sessions. Students will also communicate with their teacher during scheduled and
open office hours weekly.

Progress/Grade Reports: Weeks of October 16, November 27, 2023, January 15, 2024

Semester 2 Begins: January 22, 2024 Semester 2 Ends: May 10, 2024

Second Semester Required Mandatory Group Live Sessions: Students will be required to attend all live sessions
during the following weeks; January 29, February 26, April 15. Students should mark their calendars and plan
accordingly as these will count toward their grade. Teachers will send the specific dates, times, and directions.

Content Based Group Live Sessions: Weeks of February 5, February 19, March 11, April 22, 2024

One-on-One Student/Teacher Video Conference: Students will be required to attend a minimum of one Video
Conference with their teacher each semester if they are in English I or English II. These Video Conferences are
separate from the Group Live Sessions. Students will also communicate with their teacher during scheduled and
open office hours weekly.

Progress/Grade Reports: Weeks of February 26, April 8, May 13, 2024

Teacher Holidays: November 10, November 23-24, December 25 - January 5, 2024, January 15, February 19,
March 25-29, May 27, 2024
*Teachers will be unavailable during these dates; however students are to continue completing independent
assignments*
