Kahn was born on June 15, 1969. The little German liked to go out to play football.

He began as a
goalkeeper in the youth ranks of his hometown club, with whom he made his debut a year later in the
Bundesliga (German league) in 1990 in the 1994 season he was transferred to Bayern Munich. In
2000, after winning the Bundesliga title and the national cup, he was chosen as the best German
footballer of the year and the best goalkeeper in Europe. The following year Oliver Kahn emerged
champion of the most important trophy in Europe, the Champions League. After a historic year, 2002
arrived, when with his team he reached the World Cup final but was defeated by a Brazil full of
legends. Kahn was not the same afterwards. of that game because of a rebound that Ronaldo
Nazario would hit there, leaving a clear rebound for him to define and beat him 2-0. That is why Oliver
fell into a great depression but thanks to his family he was able to overcome the obstacles of life. In
2006, due to his age, the technical director decided to leave him on the substitute bench. Germany
would lose in the semifinals against a magical Italy that would come out champions that year that
would be the last game of his career and in 2008 Oliver would retire from football thus ending his
great career as a goalkeeper

League debut in 1990, after having played several international matches.
