SIMPLE PAST (PASADO SIMPLE)

Was (Estaba, del verbo estar).


Were (Estaban, estabamos o estabas, del verbo estar).
I, He, She, It – Was
We, You, They – Were
EN LA FORMA NEGATIVA
Cuando necesitas decir una accion negativa, solo añades la palabra “not” al verbo, ejemplo:
Were not (weren’t) o Was not (wasn’t).
WAS/WERE/AM/IS/ARE
Cuando en una oracion se menciona yestarday o el last, quiere decir que es en pasado, por
lo tanto debe usarse el was y el were. Si se habla de una accion que esta pasando en el
momento, se usa am, is y el are.
PREGUNTAS
Primero se coloca el indicador de pregunta, los cuales son: What, When, Where, How,
Who, Why. Despues se coloca el auxiliar was o were, despues de haber identificado de que
se trata la pregunta, seguido al final del I, He, She, It, We, You y del they.
