The SEG range of grinder pumps from Grundfos is specifi-

cally designed for pumping effluent and untreated sew-
age in small communities or sparsely populated areas
with no sewer systems or where gravitation systems are
unsuitable.

Pressurized systems are the perfect choice for transfer of

effluent and domestic sewage, and the SEG range com-
bines cost-effectiveness with maximum protection for the
environment by facilitating the use of smaller pressure
pipes for minimal investment costs.

The SEG range is designed to reduce energy consumption

and to keep downtime costs to a minimum, while main-
taining peak performance throughout the lifetime of the
system.

The entire range is also available in explosion-proof versions. All explosion-proof

versions of SEG pumps with motors from 0.9 kW up to 4 kW are provided with a
CE 0344 II 2 G Ex d IIB T4 explosion-protection classification according to EN60079-0:
2006 and EN60079-1: 2007.
The pumps are also available for Australia/New Zealand with an Ex nC II T3 classification
in accordance with IEC 60079-15:1987 (corresponding to AS 2380.9).
