Sir/Madam,
With reference to your online application for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) in KVS and on the basis of your performance
in the Computer Based Test held on 12th February, 2023 to 11th March, 2023, you are shortlisted for interview. You are requested to
appear for the interview at the venue, date and time indicated below:-
Venue: Kendriya Vidyalaya, ONGC, Kaulagarh Road, Adjacent to PNB, Dehradun - 248195 Uttrakhand
Date of Interview: 24.05.2023
Time: 8.30 A.M.
1. You are also requested to bring the following:-
a. Original certificates/marks sheets starting from class 10th onwards mentioned in your application in support of your
qualification, age and administrative experience etc.
b. One set of self-attested photocopies of all the certificates/mark sheets starting from class 10th onwards, as per (a) above.
c. Caste certificate (in original) in the prescribed proforma from the Distt. Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner/Collector of
your district or any authority empowered for the purpose. Caste certificate of OBC issued by the Competent Authority
should be in the prescribed proforma for applying for appointment to posts under the Government of India.
d. Bio-Data (5 copies).
e. An undertaking to the effect that in case of selection you are willing to be posted anywhere in India.
2. If any of the particulars stated by you in the application is, on verification, found incomplete or wrong, or if you are found to have
willfully suppressed material information relevant to the consideration of your case without prejudice to any other action that
may be taken in consequences thereof, your candidature will summarily be rejected and you will not be interviewed.
3. No TA/DA will be paid to you for attending the interview. However, SC/ST unemployed candidates will be paid 2nd class rail/bus
fare by shortest route from railway station/bus station nearest to their home/place of residence as per rules.
4. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan reserves the right of postponing or deferring the dates of interview for which due intimation will
be sent to you/uploaded on KVS website. In this event no claim will be entertained against the cancellation charges of tickets or
otherwise by KVS. Also, a candidate scheduled for interview on a date may have to overstay by not more than one day for which
he/she should make arrangements at his/her own expenses.
5. NOC/Vigilance/Service Certificate in prescribed proforma wherever applicable from your department/organization may be
submitted at the time of interview. (In the case of Central/State Govt. /Autonomous Bodies Employees only)
6. Proforma of OBC/ST/ST/EWS/PH Certificate, NOC/Vigilance/Service Certificate, Bio-Data and Undertaking are available
on KVS website at home page i.e. Announcement and Employment Notice under head Interview Notice.
7. You are requested to report at the venue by 08.30 a.m. positively for verification of documents.
