possible life.
So I have requirements for dating me.
I have requirements for entering my
body and to me that is marriage.
See you can date and have a great time

but allow the man to be free and date
others as well until HE DECIDES this is
the woman I want to be with and
provide for.
When it is his decision he will give you

THE WORLD without begging or chasing.
All men crave freedom and in todays day
and age in which toxicity and going
through his phone, expecting
commitment right away is very scarce.
And also women who do this are in fear

mode.
You deserve a relationship in which you

feel relaxed and secure so your life force
energy can be used for good.
(truth is you can't trust the most
trustworthy man when you have trust
issues. Work through your issues or
you'll never attract a healthy man only
someone who can heal with you)
Allow him the freedom to choose

whether or not committing to marriage
works for him.
If not kindly and lovingly allow this man

I hated men.
Bc I was hurt, I was traumatized, I was so

over the pain and I was angry.
So what did I do?
I blamed the whole gender, I vowed to
be ''miss independent'' and never rely on
a man.
A man had to prove to me he was worth

my time and even then I still secretly
resented him for existing bc he was a
man.
My Biological father took off whilst my

mom was pregnant after years of dating
her.
My uncle stepped in when she became ill

at the age of 6 and is still taking care of
her and me.
I still hated him a bit, because he was

there but never providing a great life
worth living, just bare minimum to get
by.
Maybe if he had left my mom would
have healed and found a true provider?
When I was younger and started dating,

of course I was cautious and very much
stressed out. I was unhealed and
resentful towards men.
I hated seeing men that fully provided

for their daughters or wives.
I always thought.
Why not me?
I was not the same woman I am today

and you know why?
Because I hated men.
I hated how they had it sooooo much

easier in life than women.
I hated that men could rape women.
I hated that men were playing women
left and right and I always felt like you
had to fight to be chosen by a man and
only then you were loved and otherwise
just plainly used.
I could sum up 100's of reasons and I

could make them feel valid in my body.
But will this mindset heal me and set me

free?
Will it help me see what kind of amazing

men are out there and help me be a
match to the relationship I want?
Is this what I want to teach to my future

sons?
Even if parts are true of what I believe

about men.
Will it help me grow or make me sick?
See we are all part of god consciousness.
Men are the representation of the divine
masculine en you are the representation
of the divine feminine, the goddess.
And no matter your gender, you can't be

divine if you are still tied down to this
realm bc you are hurt, unhealed and
unconscious.
See just like us women have been caused

pain by men.
Men have been caused pain by women

as well.
And in reality men have a harder life

than women.
Men don't have the luxury of doing

whatever they want and be provided for
just because they exist.
SMen have to go out there every day and
do the hard things (build houses, clean
sewers, night shifts, protect us physically
etc) just so us women don't have to.
See even though my uncle was not ''the

best provider'' in my opinion.
He gave up his freedom and all his life

plans to take care of me and my mom.
Even though he never wanted kids of

his own, he raised me with all the love
in his heart.
As far as he was capable at the time he

worked hard to make something of
himself and give me all my heart desired
He gets up almost every day at 5 am to

work at a job way below his capabilities
in my opinion so he could put bread on
our table.
And see even though he can do much
better. I understand he has his own
journey and it's not my responsibility to
change or fix him ( I see that now).
If he wants to do better in life it must

be his choice but still...
This does not mean all the things he

does should be forgotten.
He is providing me with the most that he

can and he is ''suffering'' for it.
Even the men with the highest earning

salaries or business owners, they go out
every day do a lot of shit women don't
want and need to do.
and that is exactly why, just so we don't

have to.
Even my father that left, was providing
me with safety and protection in the way
he knew best.
See I have acceptance for who he is and

I am not angry anymore.
Bc I knew my life would have been much

worse was he there.
It thought me how important it is to

choose wisely.
Everything in life that happens has a

lesson in it for you.
Integrate the lesson and you will be free

of the emotional charge of the trauma.
You choose the way you view our world.
I just showed you 2 perspectives I have

on my life.
Which one feels more expansive to you?
I believe the second one right?
Don't let one or a couple of experiences

ruin your chances of happiness.
Heal and realise men are here to serve

us.
Men are here to help us.
Men have built all this around you with

their bare hands to make women happy.
From the device you are reading this on
to the car you drive to the closet your
clothes hang in.
It all started with a woman that wanted

something and a man that wanted to
make her happy.
See us women when we accept the
healthy masculinity around us, notice
how much men do every day to make
women happy, only then can we allow
the masculinity in ourselves to flourish.
If you were born as a feminine woman,

you want to aim for 90% being in your
feminine energy and 10% in your
masculine.
You can't always be in your feminine.

You can, but you'll probably end up in a
ditch some where.
See the feminine is what gives you

structure, it's what protects you.
It's the riverbed and you are the river. It

contains you so you can move freely.
You can switch out of the feminine and

the masculine energy at any time in a
second.
But this is about becoming conscious of
what energies you are displaying.
On dates you want to be in your

feminine of course.
At work you can be in your masculine,

maybe you have to focus for a specific
task.
You can also be in your feminine at

work, maybe you have a very creative
job with a lot of freedom.
See it does not matter where exactly you

are what (only when you are with a man
in a romantic setting you must be in
your feminine to let him fall deeply in
love with you.
This is about using your masculine

energy consciously so you can rest in
your feminine most of the time.
Being in your masculine energy too
much will take a toll on your health and
beauty over the long run.
The masculine energy is one of focus,

action orientated, moving forward,
manipulating, controlling.
It's the energy you use to get shit done

and to get what you want in this
physical realm.
See you have to use your hands and feet

to get shit done sometimes.
see your masculine energy as a tool.
Its the bank account you use to contain

the energy of money, it's the system you
set up with automatic payments so you
don't have to worry about paying the
bills and you can live freely, it's the lock
on your door providing you with safety
at home.
It's the man providing and protecting
you so you could be you, be safe baring
children, feel happy and protected.
See often women ask me: But what do I

bring to the table?
Honey.
Your happiness, your radiance, your
energy.
All that men have done and built was to

be deserving of a woman's happiness.
To see her smile, to give her an easier

life.
And that warm nourishing energy, that is

life force energy for men.
That is what inspires them every day to

keep going and keep fighting to protect
and provide for us.
Men are amazing when you just think of
all they do for you.
For us.
Allow yourself to graciously receive all
they do.
You are a queen and it is your birthright

to be served but...
It is your duty to do it with gratitude.

Men are also human beings who deserve
love.
Men don't have the space in this world

to feel emotions as we feel.
Not just in the way we know, male

friends don't take about emotions as
women do and this has an evolutionary
purpose: If a man didn't feel like hunting
(providing) and he just didn't go his
family would starve.
Men can turn off their emotional switch
to do what needs to be done.
But that 10% of them that is feminine

energy needs a safe place to come out.
And you are that safe place.
When he complains how long his

workday was and how hard it was.
He is not complaining.
He is bragging and trying to impress you.

He wants you to see how much effort he
puts in providing.
He wants to be acknowledged for his

emotions.
''Awh baby I know how hard you work

everyday, I am so proud of your
dedication and you make me so happy
and proud to be your wife.''
When you allow a man to feel seen and
heard truly for his accomplishments and
struggles.
When you truly make him feel you see

and appreciate all he does for you.
He finally feels warmth and love men

crave more than women.
This acknowledgment is soo rare in this

day and age of '' I hate men'' so called
feminism.
see so many men are deprived of this

feeling from a young age.
Men don't cry is a phrase fathers use a

lot.
And I do believe fathers have to prepare

and toughen their sons up so they can
go from boys into men.
But a boy's mother comforting him when
he cries and kisses his scraped knee.
That love is what every grown man still

craves in his heart.
See I could almost cry when I think about

all the men in this world who don't have
someone truly seeing and appreciating
and loving them.
I believe this traumatises men too.
I believe a lot of ''bad'' men wouldn't

have been as bad or maybe even good if
someone truly cared for them.
I fear for my sons and how hard and cold

this world is to men.
Men deserve love too.
And luckily women are the true
alchemizers and healers of this world.
See when we heal our own feminine and

masculine energy we become a
reciprocal to a healthy man.
Every woman that heals, her light, her

energy shines on every man around her.
Healing them and in turn healing the
world.
All you have to do is just be you.
BOUNDARIES AND BIG SISTER

ADVICE
How much do you value yourself?
What is the price you set to be in your

energy?
Is your energy free?
See I don't even mean monetary value.
Men provide way more than just money.

They provide safety and security.
Physically, emotionally and

energetically.
Being monetarily provided for is just a

way of providing safety and security.
I don't recommend any women to offer

to pay for a first date.
This shouldn't be an entitled energy, but

more of a soft I know what I am worth.
this is a boundary and expectation you

set before even going on the date.
It's energetically setting your own

boundaries.
Don't force others to upkeep your

boundaries.
This is your own responsibility.
Date with a strategy.
Do you want to be someone's girlfriend?
(Personally I don't believe any woman

ever should be a man's girlfriend)
Or do you want to become someone's

wife?
What does true commitment mean to

you?
What does it feel like?
(Relaxed in your body? Safe? Secure?

Calm? Warm?)
Clearly define the feeling of being

provided for.
Also, and this is important, reflect on
how YOU currently provide for yourself.
Do you provide yourself with this

feeling?
Show more appreciation for the ways

God/Life provides for you.
See the ground you walk on is providing

you with stability.
The chair you sit on, the building you

live in provides you with safety.
The way you manage your own money,

the way you make sure your life is easy..
How can you create a life that is

automated so you can live in creative
juicy energy most of the time.
Create safety and security first for
yourself.
Take really good care of yourself

because you are worth this feeling.
When you can do it for yourself you'll

feel proud and secure and you'll always
know you are capable and this
empowers you to uphold your own
boundaries.
See you can relax with the right man,

allow him to provide safety, structure
and the life you dream off, but you will
never feel truly safe in your own energy
if you think:
''if this goes wrong I wouldn't be able

what to do''
To truly be provided for and uphold

boundaries aka choosing yourself when
you get less than you deserve or are
mistreated.
You need to be able to walk away.
So please realize this example makes me

think of two stories that tend to have
the same outcome.
One woman, staying because she does

not know she is worth more.
She stays out of love for a man who isn't

willing and maybe not even capable to
fully provide for her.
She has to work or otherwise they can't

pay the bills.
She is stressed and by the time she is 40

she'll look like she is 60 because the toll
the stress and hard work took on her
body. But we are not even there yet.
She is with a man she loves but, due to
his own lack of healing he doesn't
believe in his own capabilities of being a
man that can provide.
Also why buy the cow when the cow

wants to give herself for free. You get
the milk for free.
See I would take the milk too.
It's easy access and we all love a good

deal right?
He may not even have bad intentions

but it's just so easy.
See this woman will stay with this man

out of love no matter what he does or
wants to put on the table.
She believes she has to prove her worth
and that she is capable and independent
so she pays 50/50, even works when she
is pregnant and secretly is building
resentment towards her man.
Because of her ''duty'' to her family she

stays and sadly modelling for her kids
that this is what they are worth too.
Her son will never truly learn and feel

what it is to be a man and take care of a
woman until a later age maybe never.
Her daughter will learn that she too has

to work to be deserving.
The children will feel the built up

resentment from both sides, because yes
the man too is not happy.
He will never truly feel like a man or

truly valued because the truth is he is
not valued.
The woman is not capable to rest be in
her feminine flow and be protected and
in turn give him energetic appreciation
for providing her with safety.
The appreciation all men secretly crave.
This exact story is why I don't marry for

love.
My boundary is marrying for a man's

values, the way he protects and provides
for me.
What he, from his own free will, not

because he must do it, puts on the table
for me.
I don't chase, I don't over explain, I don't

try to fix a man.
I just decide and I know god will provide

it for me.
If it's not him it will be another man.
I also think of a single mom.
Working three jobs with 2 kids because

her baby daddy abandoned her.
And in all honesty he didn't just take

off.
He was just done with the constant
nagging and complaining.
Yes he was bum, but did she not choose

to love him and stay?
Did she not have sex with him without

clearly being protected and provided for
by this man?
She was never told she was worth more,

she never felt it.
So she felt she had to prove her worth

with sex.
It was told to her that it she is free to do
with her body to do whatever she
wanted.
And she is, but she also should be

protected.
Someone entering your body is a big

deal.
I would recommend my little sister to

not have sex until marriage.
When there is a possibility, you can fall

pregnant, even when you do use a
condom, you need to protect yourself.
Have this boundary because this is not

just about you.
I underestimated the effects abortion

would have on me when I was younger
and luckily I have healed.
See you are free to do whatever you
want, I would never judge.
But you need to set up systems that

protect you from trauma.
See single moms are way more capable

than men.
They do both, and that hard work

should be honoured.
But truly honouring yourself and your

femininity is protecting it.
Setting the price of entry high.
Because when you don't it will cost you

more in the long run.
You mix your life force energy with men

that are not willing to provide you with
full love dedication and help in case you
fall pregnant.
This is a trauma to your womb.
You should feel safe secure and

honoured on a very deep level any time
you have sex with a man.
That can only truly happen after true

commitment and you know you are
worth it.
A man that makes sure you are taken

care of on every level will take care of
you on every level in the bed room but
also in your most vulnerable moments,
such as giving birth, pregnancy or falling
ill.
This is what I as a big sister recommend

women of every age.
Don't put yourself in these 2 positions

because you are worth the very most.

Write it down.

Take a moment to breath in every new

boundary.
Feel the protection and or release of

energy in your body (check your womb
area and hips if you still feel tight)

no longer get your life force energy.

- Loyal -> loyal herself
- Healthy -> lives a healthy lifestyle
- license + car -> loves too be driven

around and provided for
- Successful > okay with celebrating his

wins and letting him shine and feel like
a king
- Empathetic -> open, honest, vulnerable

- Ready for marriage -> 100% sure and
ready for marriage
- responsible (financially, emotionally,

physically) >trust in his leadership,
surrender to him, leaning back and
letting him take care of a b c
- protection -> surrender to him and let

him protect and provide for you, let him
be your hero and lovingly receive
- a provider (pays for all expenses,
provides safety emotionally, physically
and is deeply committed to my pleasure
and taking care of me)-> lean back and
let hem pay and create a life for you, let

- At least 33/34 -> in my feminine

offspring are legally protected, you will

Why is this the best method in my

opinion...
1. You protect yourself against

unnecessary heartbreak, over giving to a
man who has not fully committed to
protecting and providing, you protect
your body and future generations.

your energy.
2. You are provided for in every way.
You have a man paying the bills, taking

care of your needs and wanting to

You can focus on your own growth,

and in turn this energy upgrades a man

3. You are truly independent and free.
See you don't have to work, you don't

have to stress over being vulnerable and
pregnant, you don't waste any second
being insecure over how much a man
loves you because you have allowed him
to choose to do this FOR YOU.
This is his own choice and you have

allowed him to make it himself.
You can do whatever you want because

you are safe and provided for.
You can work but your don't have to.
You CAN do it all yourself but what
