Instructions for Obtaining Your Digital Book or Learning

Management System with Your Purchased Coupon Code

1. Go to www.sentiapublishing.com
2. Search for your book by title or author and add it to your cart.
3. Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
4. Choose to “Register an Account” and make sure the email address you enter is correct
because this email is where you will gain access to the book.
5. Enter in your billing information.
6. Under the Order Confirmation page, scroll down and check the box agreeing to the
terms and conditions.
7. Scroll back up and you will see a box that says “Gift Certificate or Coupon Code.”
8. Enter your Coupon Code into that box and click “Apply.” This will zero out the cost.
9. You will need to check the box agreeing to the terms again.
10. Click CONTINUE
11. You will then get an email of order confirmation that includes a link to download your
eBook or a link to download instructions for accessing your Online Textbook or
Learning Management System.

Having trouble accessing your purchase? Coupon code not working? Do not worry. Please
send us an email at support@sentiapublishing.com. We will respond within 24 business
hours.

In many cases, you can resolve issues by checking your spam folder for a missed email
containing the download link, trying the code again in ten minutes, or refreshing your browser.

If you still cannot download your purchase, please send us an email at

support@sentiapublishing.com and include details of the problem you are experiencing, a
photo of your coupon code if it isn't working, the title of the book or Learning Management
System being purchased, an order number if you have one, and your email address.

Please note coupon codes can be used one time only. They immediately expire once used.
Coupon codes cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final. Thank you for buying from
