2. Witness of Functional test (Power on checked & Connectivity with flowgate software completed) as per QAP
(Clause 2.1 & 2.2) - found satisfactory.
3. Witnessed of visual & dimension – found satisfactory.

1. Reviewed material identification of Brought out, material identification of piping spools, welding, NDT & Testing for
Interconnecting Piping, painting report, design and calculation, Material TC, calibration, Inspection and test report, as built GA
drawing and P & ID QAP & client specification and found order.
2. Reviewed MTC EN10204 3.1 & Test report identification of material /physical & chemical test report, Charpy Impact test report,
hydro test report, Review of Internal calibration report of zero flow test, calibration lab report of wet calibration as well as review of
statutory certificates per approved QAP & client specification and found in order.
3. Manufacturer’s Test Certificate reviewed and found in order..
