C1 WRITING - General Info

You have registered to devote 30 hour practice to improve your writing skills in order to
take the C1 EOIMurcia certificate tests in May-June 2020.
In this document you will find all the information you might need to guide you in this
blended writing module of the course.
We encourage you to read this document carefully before sitting down to carry out your
tasks.
Do not hesitate to contact your teachers via email if you happen to have any doubt about
your assignments. We will not only be in charge of evaluating your progress during the
course, but notice that you may contact us whenever you feel the need of guidance
about your writing learning process.
We would like you to make the most of this C1 course and enjoy your experience!

La parte de mediación escrita constará de una tarea que podrá ser intralingüística:
entre distintos códigos de la misma lengua o interlingüística: entre dos lenguas
distintas.
Los tipos de tareas que los candidatos podrán encontrar en la prueba de ME son los
siguientes: Transmitir información específica. Explicar datos (gráficos, diagramas,
tablas). Procesar un texto. Traducir un texto escrito. Tomar notas (conferencias,
seminarios, reuniones). Expresar una respuesta/reacción personal ante un texto
creativo. Analizar y comentar textos artísticos (incluida la literatura)”
*The evaluation criteria for written mediation haven’t been published yet.
In this Writing Module, you will be required to carry out 9 different written
assignments so as to practise a selection of production, coproduction of
written texts and written mediation samples.
You will be asked to submit a written task per week in the writing section in
https://teleformacion.murciaeduca.es/ following the scheduled calendar and
deadlines. The documents are not to be sent by email.
The topics of the assignments will not necessarily follow the planning of the
face-to-face lessons.
All the assignments will have a start and due date for submission. Students
are asked to stick to the dates.
You will be asked to check your writing teachers’ comments and evaluation.
Should any task(s) not comply with the minimum evaluation standards, the
students will be asked to retake them.
All the assignments will be evaluated with a writing correction code and
comments, whenever required.
