Re: Global Vision National Deliverance Training Conference

To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept this notice as an invoice for the total cost for officers assigned to traffic and safety from
the City of Mt. Juliet Police Department, regarding the Global Vision National Deliverance Training
Conference held the weekend of September 2, 2023 – September 4, 2023. As you are aware, Old
Lebanon Dirt Rd has little to no roadway shoulders and limited sight distance due to terrain. As a result
of these factors combined with the size of your event and the distance to your parking areas, the City o f
Mt. Juliet, needed four full time officers to ensure the safe travels of city residents and visitors to your
event.

Additionally, due to the event falling on a holiday weekend, and in an attempt to not to pull regular duty
officers away from normal calls for service and activities for the remainder of the community, many of
the officers assigned to this event were on mandatory overtime duties and/or holiday pay which
increased the rates of pay.

For these reasons the City of Mt. Juliet requests full payment in the amount of $10,958.72. This amount
reflects the non-budgeted expense of city taxpayer money that was spent on city employee wages and
benefits specifically tied to the Global Vision Deliverance Training Conference.
