Relating To Operation ot Direct Reporting to Client & Bypassing ADC Office. + Discussing Internal Issues Related to PTW Mistakes at IDS Morning Meeting Even Without Discusses the Issue with The Issuer to Correct It and Avoid Repeating Next Time, So His Goal Is Complaining About People Not to Improve the Safety Culture and Working Environment. st He Has No Ability to Be a Leader Especially with The Green Helmet Workers and Who Have Not Enough Experience About Paperwork (Like Mohsen MECH and Ahmed ELEC) st He Has Misbehaved with The Rig Supervisors and Don’t Show Any Kind of Respect for Any One of Them (Chief Mech, Chief Elec, Drillers, Or Ad) s& We Are Disappointed and Shocked by The Unprofessional Behavior of Him, As Apart of AD Team It Was Expected That He Will Adhere to Professional Conduct and Treat Others with Respect. ot He did not show any cooperation with us for completing and updating our training which was the direct reason for delaying our PSTS grades.Classified as "ADC Private” by Rig Superintendent - ADSS 2023-04-19703:26:56 4+0n7 Apr 2023 at IDS Morning Meeting, He Report Directly to Aramco Forman & Complain About Midnight Pre Tour Meeting Time (He Said It is Useful Same Day Time and Night WSL Mustafa & ARS Not Discussing the Meeting Proper Way Because Day Time It Takes 45 Min To 1 Hr. We Saw Him One Time Fighting with Whom at RS Office About New Crane Certificate and Required Document He Sayed It Is his Responsibility It Was Long Argument. & Any Thing Missing @ PTW Like JSA No or A Minor Data, He Can Advice and Help and Explaine to The Issuer About His Mistake and How To Avoid It Next Time, Instead Of That He Pick The PTW To ADC Meeting To Plame C/M & C/E Or ARS And Then Mentions That At IDS Morning Meeting And Aramco Forman He Did Several Times. ~t 20 Days Ago Same Issue With Saudi Mech, His Seniority Almost 1 Year, Doing Well, Trying To Learn & Team Worker But Has Little Gap For PTW, So Chief Mech Told Him He Is Saudi We Have To Follow ADC & Aramco Procedures About Saudi Works To Teach Them And Help Them, Sarmad Started Shouting On Him And He said To Him | Don't Have A School Here And | Have No Time To Teach Any One If He Will Not Do It Right Next Time I'm As RSTC Will Not Accept Him In The RIG Any More. So, Because Of Him There Is an Extra Feeling of Stress Could Lead to An Incident at The Rig.
