PUBLIC INTERNATIOL LAW- ASSIGNMENT NO. 2

Why social justice is the biggest fraud in the civilized society?

A social justice is an essential concept of fairness within a society. That applies to

fairness in wealth, opportunities, basic needs, access to food, shelter, clean water and
more. It protects and defends people, it promotes equality between gender, economic,
and improves educational opportunities for all. Aristotle claimed that politics is the study
the laws of a city, the action its citizens undertake, and leadership. On Aristotle's
account, the purpose of government is to foster the good life for its citizens, which
includes cultivating the virtues, e.g., courage and temperance.

In certain societies, these are often taken for granted among the majority of the
population, but there are always gaps to people in our civilized society. A social class
that separates us all. We have one state but a broken land that divide us all in terms of
opportunities. Powerful people in society have the power to rule, to mandate, to
implement but have no power to create a more perfect society that we are all longing
for. Why social justice is the biggest fraud in the civilized society? This is because
societies in the world did not use only one form of government. Each state is practicing
a form of government wherein they were used to, a government which they believe that
would fit to the country and to its people. It has fraud as it has no equalities were
actually given one of that for instance the President of the Philippines is immune from
suit. Is no one is above the law? Then why politicians or country’s leaders are immune?
Does it mean that law is only governed to people being ruled and not by those who
rules? Or does the law created for them to be protected. These are the questions were
created since I was a kid.

There are many reasons Why social justice is the biggest fraud in the civilized society?
This is perhaps in the form of government how the ruler rules his constituents namely as
follows; democracy, a monarchy, an oligarchy, and the like. To address this question this
position paper will only discuss the two forms of government which are democracy and
monarchy.
First is democracy it is a government in which all citizens have the equal right to have
their voices be heard and determine state policy through elected representatives. Laws
passed by the state ideally reflect the will of the majority of the population. This type of
government is being governed by the people through representative. It is sometimes
creating fraud through the people themselves who elected the official but later they will
impeach them. They are making their representatives as their puppet to control. In
theory, the socioeconomic status, gender and race of citizens should not negatively
impact their say in government matters: all voices are equal. Do really voices of the
people are equal? As what I have observed from the real society voices are not equal
nor heard. People who are happened to be their family, powerful people, influential are
the ones being heard. Poor people have less access to government, deprived and
sometimes considered as lawless people. Their cry is unheard, it does not justify the
form of government they are created that is the power of people. But rather abuse by
some people who can benefit such power given to them. The reality countries of this
form of government does not really adopts democracy but of contrary and it defraud the
government no social justice as to giving an equal opportunity to all, freedom of speech
and even freedom of the press and these are not absolute. Citizens must follow the
country’s constitution and laws, which determines the rules and responsibilities of
political leaders and citizens. Sometimes elected officials do not follow are they
exempted? Or they have created laws to protect themselves? It is clear evidence that
social justice has biggest fraud in the civilized society.

Second is the Monarchy the title of the monarch is hereditary this means one inherits
the position. In some societies, the monarch was appointed by a divine power. The title
is passed on through accession when the existing monarch dies or abdicates,
voluntarily gives up the title. Monarchies of most nations today are ingrained in tradition
rather than modern politics. This help us to determine what form of government they are
practicing as stated it is ingrained in traditional rather than of modern politics. Now a
days since everything is continuously evolving, we shall also adapt this changes that
occurs and will occur in our civilized society. If we will not adapt base on the people’s
need and to society social fairness and justice it is like a ruler of an absolute monarchy
has unmitigated power. The citizens of an absolute monarchy are often treated unfairly,
and the reign of an absolute monarchy can often be oppressive and it only creates fraud
in the civilized society. This makes the royal family rich and above all protected by their
own created form of government as they protect and preserve their power from
generation to generation. This makes no social justice but a real fraud in our civilized
society.

We should educate the citizens in the spirit of constitution. To preserve it we must

prevent the poor from plundering the rich; we must not exhaust the public revenues by
giving pay for the performance of public duties, Aristotle uttered. It creates more power
as both democracy and monarchy are creating a habit among the citizens of the states,
not even care about equality. It rather seeks dominion and power to our civilized society.
This habit created did not make men free but rather imprisoned them from their own
chosen injustice and fraudulent habit practice of government.
