After the spring break, I felt motivated to make some changes in my approach to the course.

I
wanted to improve my attendance and engagement, so I made sure to attend all the classes
and do all the assigned readings. It was challenging at first, but I realized that it helped me
better understand the course materials and participate more actively in class discussions. I also
started making connections between the readings and the movies we watched in class, which
helped me appreciate the content even more.

During one of the classes, I had the opportunity to lead a discussion with my group, and I was
proud of my contribution. I shared my observation about the sound design in Swing Kids and
how it reflected tap dancing. It was a small detail, but it sparked an interesting conversation
among the group and showed me that my engagement was making a positive impact.
Additionally, I was thrilled when my team won first place in the class trivia. It was a great way to
show that I was actively engaging with the course materials and developing a deeper
understanding of the subject matter. lastly, I was pleased with my progress after the spring
break and felt confident that my active participation would continue to help me succeed in the
course.
