WHAT HAPPENEND TO MARY CELESTE?

I have reason to believe that Mary Celeste was abandoned as the text mentions that "no sign of
anyone on board." When Johnson, Deveau and Wright searched the ship they found weather
reports noted by the captain. "Captain had recorded strong winds and rough seas on 23rd and
24th November 1872. The final entry was on the 25th of November 1872. It recorded the
ship's position but no mention of weather conditions." This part of the extract tells us that there
might of been bad weather conditions on the 25th of November 1972 so they fled the ship early.
You can confirm this as the 3 workers found no lifeboat on board by "They also noted that there
was no life boat on board."

Overall, I believe that they fled the ship early due to the bad weather conditions which most
likely damaged the ship's rigging and sails.
