Out of 334 pupils of grade five of Balanga Elementary School that took the Regional Mid-

Year Assessment in English, 29 pupils had above 30 scores in Grade 5 - Magsaysay.
_________________________________________________________________________________
This means that 76.32 % of the learners in grade five Magsaysay who took the test
achieved or exceeded the MPL in English, while the 23.68% of them did not achieve the

MPL in English.
