About bovonto:
As of my last update in September 2021, Bovonto is a popular
carbonated soft drink brand in India, especially in the southern states
like Tamil Nadu. However, there were limited scientific studies
specifically focused on the advantages of Bovonto itself, as it is a
commercial beverage produced by a private company. Studies
conducted on soft drinks, in general, can provide some insights into
the potential advantages and disadvantages associated with their
consumption. However, it is essential to remember that the benefits of
any soft drink should be considered in moderation, as excessive
consumption of sugary beverages can lead to health issues.
Advantages of Bovonto :

1. Refreshment: Carbonated soft drinks like Bovonto can be

refreshing and enjoyable to consume, especially in hot weather
or after physical activity.
2. Source of Energy: The sugar content in Bovonto can provide a
quick source of energy due to its high caloric content.
3. Taste: Soft drinks like Bovonto offer a wide range of flavors,
catering to individual preferences and enhancing the overall
enjoyment of the beverage.

Disadvantages of bovonto :

1. High Sugar Content: Bovonto and many soft drinks contain high
amounts of added sugars, which can contribute to weight gain
and an increased risk of developing obesity and related health
conditions.
2. Dental Issues: The high sugar content and acidity in soft drinks
can contribute to dental problems, such as tooth decay and
enamel erosion.
3. Empty Calories: Soft drinks often provide "empty calories,"
meaning they offer little to no nutritional value beyond their
calorie content.
4. Potential Health Risks: Studies have linked excessive soft drink
consumption to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, heart
disease, and other metabolic disorders.
5. Caffeine Content: Some soft drinks, including certain flavors of
Bovonto, may contain caffeine, which can lead to negative
effects such as jitteriness, increased heart rate, and disrupted
sleep patterns.

To summarize, while Bovonto and other soft drinks can offer

refreshment and enjoyment, their regular consumption should be
approached with moderation due to the high sugar content and
potential negative health implications. For specific health effects or
advantages of Bovonto, it is essential to rely on scientific studies and
research, which may not be widely available for this specific brand.
Always consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian
RECOMMENDATIONS :

Coco-cola and Pepsi are the major players in beverages industry, to

compete with these giants, Bovonto need to take lot of efforts to
understand the customer expectations and preferences. It is
recommended to conduct Market research about customer
satisfaction and customer expectations towards Bovonto with large
sample size in detailed manner to reveal lot of new insights.  From
this study we understood that major portion of the sample is not
satisfied with the Bovonto cool drink with respect to taste of the
product, so it is suggested to introduce new flavours based on the
customer preference. CONCLUSION Through the research paper
entitled, “Customer satisfaction towards Bovonto”, it is concluded
that the demographic variables such as age group, gender and
occupation are having not having impact on the factors of customers
satisfaction. The research outcome also indicates that, most of the
customers were not satisfied towards Bovonto to the chosen factors.
