A LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Good morning mister Pedro Ángel

I’m writing to inform you that in December 2021 I bought a Cell Phone. I made
this purchase on MALL on December 10 from the Samsung Galaxy A20s team.

Unfortunately, your product didn’t work well because the package was
delivered to me open and it was damaged approximately 1 month ago when it
was delivered the screen was damaged the camera didn’t capture the battery
was uncovered and the charger was damaged.

I will greatly appreciate being able to exchange the product for a much better
one to solve this problem. Taking into account that its delivery was
inadequate, I hope the exchange of the damaged products, as well as a better
treatment in the transport to avoid future similar inconveniences.

I await your answer and a solution to my problem. I will wait 7 days for the
new product to be delivered to me before seeking help from a third party.
