Agreement of House Rent


Mrs. Radika Khadka here after called (First Party) resident of Damak ,Municipality Ward No. 9 ,
Nepal and Mr. Kamal Karki here after called (Second Party), resident of Bhojpur, Shyamshila
Ward No. 3, Nepal do hereby solemnly agree to sign the agreement to let and rent of this house
Ground floor (located at Damak Ward No. 09, Jhapa, Nepal, Plot No.132) belonging to the first
party on the followings terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions


1. The first party is agreed to give house ground floor situated at Damak Ward No. 09,
Jhapa, Nepal, Plot No.132) on rent to the second party.
2. The second party is agreed upon the pay monthly rent of NRS. 27,000.00 for ground
floor of this house as a rent to the first party for the occupied property.
3. Water, telephone and electricity (any other sanitary expenses) shall be borne by the
second party.
4. The agreement will bear general maintenance in normal due course.
5. This contract is valid for 02 July, 2030 from the date of signing the contract i.e, 02 July,
2020. However this contract can be extended for further period(s) upon the prior
information and mutual understandings. Likewise, the contract agreement can be
terminated upon the prior information of three months from either party.
6. Any disputes between the parties shall be citied at the District Administrative Office.

This contract is signed in good faith, today, 02 July, 2020 on behalf of both parties,
