5. Monthly Salary Example
Note: Below is an example for a Captain candidate who has accrued PIC Jet Time of
less than 3000 hours in total before joining Peach. The monthly salary calculation is
done based on the assumption of flight time of 70 hours with two Airport Standbys
at 6 hours each and one Home Standby for 6 hours.
DC and Fixed Allowance
Base A Included 410,000 JPY
Base B 700,000 JPY
2 Airport Standby (6hrs Each) = 12hrs × 0.5 (Credit) = 6hrs
Credit Hours for 1 Home Standby (6 Hours) = 6hrs × 0.25 (Credit) = 1.5hrs
Standby Total Credit Hours = 7.5hrs
Total Flight Time Exceeding 50hrs = 20 + 7.5 = 27.5hrs

Flight pay for flight 51 to 60hrs (10hrs @ 14,000/hr × 1.2) = 168,000 JPY

6. Training Salary and Training Cost

8. Benefits and Allowances

9. Tax, License and Insurance
Employees’ Health Insurance / Employees’ National Pension
• Half paid by company & Half paid by Pilot. (Pension and social insurances shall
be deducted from gross salary. There will be adjustments based on actual total
amount of payment through the year.)

Loss of License Insurance


• 50% of monthly salary is covered until 60 years of age by the insurance
company.
• Additional coverage is available at candidates’ own expense.

Medical / English License


• Initial fee at candidates’ own expense.
• Renewal fee paid by Company.

Withholding Tax
% • Paid by Pilot. (Income tax, local tax etc. shall be deducted from net salary . There
will be adjustments based on actual total amount of payment through the year.)
