1 Purpose and characteristics of equipment


The production line can be used to extrude the inner sheath and outer
sheath of optical cable. The extruded material is suitable for PE.

4 Structure and technical requirements of main components


1. PN800 loose tube paying off frame
It is composed of a small dragon gate paying off frame + tension controller.
The paying off frame is a pneumatic chuck with a top structure and a disc

2. 12 way aramid yarn paying off twisted body(Match)


1) The paying off twisted body is used to strengthen the armor of
non-metallic materials on the optical cable. The paying off twisted body
is an independent component and should be used together with the
cable forming machine or sheath production line. The winch is driven
by AC motor. The winch can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The
winch is equipped with pneumatic brake device, which can brake
urgently.
2) The aramid yarn tension is controlled by Mitsubishi magnetic powder
brake and tangent paying off, which can uniformly adjust the torque of
aramid paying off magnetic powder brake during equipment operation,
so as to achieve the required paying off tension.
3) The guide wheel and guide sleeve are made of ceramic materials, with
smooth surface, high finish and wear resistance, which can effectively
reduce the fuzzing of aromatic wheel yarn.

3. 65*25 extruder (head and die, head vacuum pumping device and
buffer tank)
The extrusion unit is composed of frame, reducer, screw and screw boring,
cast aluminum heater, head vacuum pumping device, etc. The screw and
screw boring are made of 38CrMoAlA material through nitriding treatment. The
temperature control adopts RKC temperature control meter + solid state relay
with communication function. The operator can display and adjust the
temperature on the industrial computer, and can set the production
temperature and insulation temperature independently, which is convenient to
operate.
Right angle head, capable of adjusting eccentricity. Movable opening and
closing connection is adopted between the head and barrel.
The die material has a certain hardness after nitriding treatment. Provide a set
of molds according to the acceptance product specifications provided by the
customer.

4. Drying and feeding system


Yonghong products are adopted.
The 75L dryer can set the corresponding drying temperature according
to the material.
The feeding machine can automatically vacuum and feed.

5. 4m hot water tank


It is welded from 304 stainless steel, with a length of 4m. It can move
forward and backward for a distance of 600mm.
It has the function of rapid drainage, which can drain the water in the hot
water tank in the shortest possible time.

6. Hot water Box


The volume of the hot water box is 0.3m ³ , including heating devices
and water pump produced by the joint venture. The heating power is
6kW and the water temperature can be controlled between room
temperature and 75 ℃. It is welded from 304 stainless steel.

7. 16m single layer stainless steel cold water tank


It is welded from 304 stainless steel and has a single-layer structure.
Guide wheels are set in the water tank to avoid hanging and rubbing the
cable.

8. Blow dryer
The blow dry head is of Haff structure, and the production line is
equipped with 2 blow dry heads.

inner holes of 12 and 20mm respectively)

The structure is an upper and lower flat belt pneumatic pressure cable
structure. The main motor is a 7.5kW Siemens brand AC variable
frequency motor. The traction wheel is driven to rotate through the
gearbox and spiral bevel gear reducer. The whole machine has the
function of meter counting.

12. Swing arm dancer


Single arm swing rod structure, analog proximity switch to detect swing

13. PN800 horizontal winding rack


Swing arm structure, electric screw rod lifting, pneumatic clamping
and loosening, and the disc loading mode is shaftless top type. The
take-up adopts AC variable frequency motor, drives the dial through
the reducer, and is equipped with swing rod dancer signal to control
the normal operation of the take-up. The cable arrangement is
controlled by the servo motor. Adjustable pitch. The start and stop of
take-up can be controlled locally. The wheel surface is subject to
high-frequency quenching. A mobile trolley is set to facilitate the
loading and unloading of the reel.

14. electric control system


The whole line is controlled by Advantech industrial computer with
Siemens PLC s7-1200 and touch screen man-machine interface.
Industrial Kingview software combined with panel buttons is used for
control, which is convenient for personnel operation.
The electric control cabinet is equipped with RKC temperature control
meter + solid state relay for temperature control. The upper computer
has multiple interfaces such as control interface, report interface and
alarm interface, which can set, display and record the process
parameters and status of the production line in real time. It can be
centralized linkage control or single action control. In case of failure
during normal production, it can immediately alarm and stop the
machine, and the specific alarm position can be displayed on the
alarm interface.
The main control functions of the electronic control system are as
follows:
Control function: extruder, traction and linear speed can be controlled
separately and in linkage; Temperature, start and stop of water pump.
Parameter display: set temperature and actual temperature, extruder
current, extruder speed, traction speed, diameter, product length and
actual length.
Alarm: driver, controller current overload.
Parameter setting: automatic lifting of extruder and traction speed.
The production line has four emergency stop buttons (respectively in
setting out, control cabinet, traction and take-up).
The temperature range is automatically controlled by the PID of RKC
temperature control meter, and the temperature fluctuation range is ±
3 ℃. The power control element adopts the solid-state relay of
Siemens joint venture.
The AC frequency converter adopts Danfoss brand frequency

converter.
Low voltage electrical components such as AC contactor and circuit
breaker are products of Schneider Siemens joint venture.
The supplier shall provide special servo cables for the production line.
Provide cables between equipment.
The bridge is overhead.

6 Others
The high-speed rotation of the equipment and the strong current part
in the electric cabinet are equipped with protective covers to ensure
the safety of operators. All wiring and components shall be reliably
grounded.
The production line is equipped with four emergency stop buttons,
which are respectively set in the take-up, setting out, traction and
control cabinet.
