For some reason for me FTNoIR makes AC Crash randomly.

I end up using opentrack

with the ArUco tracker, which is something like a simple QR code stuff that I slap
on my hat. It provides a much more stable than the cam having to try and figure out
my face and uses a bit less CPU.

My setting is as such:
Opentrack 2.2
Main Tracker: aruco (limit to RX RY TX TY)
Game protocol: FreeTrack 2.0
Filter: Accela Filter Mk4
then tweak the curves.
