September 19, 2023 RE: COMPLAINT-TENANTS, Etcetera. at 4227 CROYDON ROAD, BALTIMORE MARYLAND 21212 Greetings Shawn Krause DB/A Landlord, You are in violation of Federal Law and persisting with your actions may lead to your arrest and or civil damages. Also understand that the law provides that you can be held personally responsible and liable. 18 USC §241, 18 USC §242, 18 USC §245, 42 USC §1983, 18 42 USC §1985(3), etcetera. This is a last and final good faith effort and warning to resolve the problems with Your Tenants at 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212. As you are aware and have been notified several times verbally and also in writing USPS Certified Mail Tracking #7018 3090 0000 8168 8977 and #7018 3090 0000 8159 7484 of several concerns and matters that need your immediate attention and resolution in this matter. I have patiently waited for your mailing location to deliver complaints and documents to You that you promised I would receive from You during our conversation on May 27, 2023. Today is September 19, 2023 and I have yet to receive that information. Again this is my final good faith effort and warning to resolve this matter. If this matter is not resolved within 30 days and If I do not hear back from you within 10 days of receiving this affidavit, I will proceed with further legal and law full actions against You. The problems at 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 has severely escalated since speaking with You on May 27, 2023. The excessive playing of loud music has continued all hours of the night and day usually between the hours of 1:00 a.m. -6:00 a.m.. There is a child yelling and screaming at the top of his/her lungs all hours of the night and day usually between the hours of 11:00 p.m. -2:00 a.m and other times throughout the day. Your Tenants dog is left neglected and unattended for long periods of time at what I believe to be abusive and animal cruelty. (leaving the dog out in the rain for long periods of time and in extremely hot weather and not checking on the dog when barking excessively.) The dog also have put several large holes in the gate and running up to people including those visiting whom have expressed to me that they are very terrified and concerned for their own safety. Also the dog excessively barks all hours of the night and day ignored by Your Tenants. The male and female tenants frequently argue all hours of the night and day and the male tenant frequently goes into violent rages. I can hear and feel the heavy vibrations at my feet of the knocking over of heavy furniture and doors aggressively slammed and sounds as if someone is punching holes in the doors and walls. Your Tenants frequently escalate the arguments to the outside areas in the front and back of the house screaming and yelling to the top of their lungs, slamming doors and car doors all hours of the night and day. I am frequently jolted awakened out of my sleep frightened because often it sounds as if someone is breaking into my domicile. This is alarming and quite scary! | fear that if You do not resolve this issue immediately, You could face more serious problems such as a crime scene at 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 for Your Tenants violent behavior is severe and I seriously fear for my life and safety and also fear for the lives and safety of the children living there and all involved! This is an extremely serious matter that you need to address now! On May 27, 2023 you were notified and reminded of the excessive loud noise and loud music at and other problems at 427 Croydon Road. I spoke with you via telephone and text and You and I discussed the many problems that has been going on since 2021. You were very rude, disrespectful, condescending and unwilling to cooperate and hear my complaints. This is unacceptable and You are Violating me and committing crimes against me according to Constitution, Treaty and Federal law. The following was briefly discussed during our phone conversation due to Your unwillingness to settle this matter: -dial 911 concerning Your Tenants. -call an exterminator concerning the rodent infestation that was caused by Your Tenants at 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 -the weed killer that you sprayed, that I and a friend of mine became severely ill shortly after You carelessly and negligently spraying according to you was “harmless and not toxic.” -Complaints of my Beagle’s “excessive barking.” -Your mailing location to send my complaints and documents to Shortly after you sent me the text on May 27, 2023 that Your Tenants would turn down, the loud music almost immediately started again with the excessive loud noise and music. On or about May 29, 2023, at approximately 7:30 a.m. children located in the backyard area of 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 where outside playing and crying, screaming, making loud excessive noise etcetera. and then moved to the front area continuing with this same behavior. On or about June 5, 2023 at approximately 7:30 a.m... two men located on the porch of 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 were talking loudly with one of the men whom I believe to be one of Your Tenants saying that he was going to “punch her in the face for running her mouth.” On or about June 10, 2023 in the backyard at 427 Croydon Road Baltimore Maryland 21212 at approximately 9:00 a.m. there were people outside on the deck making loud excessive noise, I waited for them to go in the house several hours later and then let my dog go outside and then came back in the house, about ten minutes later my dog started barking, when I went to see what was going on the tenants at 427 Croydon Road were outside again so I called my dog inside. As I called my dog to come back inside one of the women yelled out as if she was speaking to me, “Bitch” Once my dog came back inside the house the same unidentified woman yelled out “Bitch” again. This type of behavior is threatening, confrontational and unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It is a violation and are crimes committed against me and I fear for my life and safety..18 USC §241, 18 USC §242, 18 USC §245, 42 USC §1983, etcetera. The above incidences are only but a few examples of the major ongoing serious problems with Your Tenants that occurred shortly after speaking with You on May 27, 2023. I have a long list of many other incidences to date with this same type of severe aggressive threatening behavior that happens almost daily. This information is hereby entered in to the court records as evidence in my legal and law full proceedings if You continue to ignore my complaints and fail to resolve this matter. Your Tenants at 427 Croydon Road behavior has severely escalated and needs your immediate attention. This behavior is severely aggressive, severely confrontational and severely threatening, I will not tolerate being violated in this manner. It is unacceptable and a violation of my secured constitution and secured treaty rights. I do not feel safe and fear for my life with the severely aggressive, severely confrontational and severely threatening behavior from Your Tenants. I am holding You Shawn Krause and Krystal Krause responsible and for any retaliation that may occur against me from You and Your Tenants. 1am Injured and have Suffered Severe Damages, Severe Unbearable Stress, Severe Sleep Deprivation, A Loss In Sales and Income, Hardship, Mental Anguish, etcetera. I have notified You of the ongoing problems with Your Tenants at 427 Croydon Road which you have blatantly ignored for almost two years now. You have refused to take action to resolve this matter and refused any and all responsibility concerning these issues. This is unacceptable, a violation and a crime. I am requesting/demanding the following, as it is my secured constitution and secured treaty right to do so. 18 USC §241, 18 USC §242, 18 USC §245, 42 USC §1983, etcetera. -the names of Your Tenants located at 427 Croydon Road, Baltimore Maryland 21212 so that I may proceed with legal and law full actions so it may be entered in to and recorded in to the court records. -the name and ingredients of the weedkiller you used that caused my friend and I to become extremely ill after you carelessly and negligently sprayed near and on us and on and around my friend’s car as she was leaving. This has caused us on going sickness and a loss of ineome, -cover the cost of an exterminator for the rodent infestation caused by your prior tenants in 2021 because of the excessive trash pile up, etcetera.
