Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate of BS Nursing

· Licensed Nurse

· With at least 1-year relevant experience in an Industrial setup.

· Familiar with the report submitted to Government agencies.

· Have attended and completed the Basic First Aid Training.

· With BOSH Training under OHNAP is an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

· Provides assistance to Health & Safety Officers in promoting health programs in the company.

· Formulate and implement a Health awareness program

· Attend Health and safety meetings/training & seminar.

· Responsible for the Health and Safety of DOLE compliance in coordination with the Safety Facilities
Head.

· Administer first aid treatments, and routine BP and provide medications for employees as needed.

· Assists all injured employees (if any) to the nearest clinics or hospitals.

· Monitor medicine suppliers and prepare requisition every 1ST week of the month.

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
