Education and Job

for All

Good morning everyone, I’m here in front of you to discuss important matters
about one of the biggest problems in our country. The education that everyone
wants and the guaranteed job for all.

“Just having a degree in education is not enough, maybe it is a passport to a

job, but not to success.”
We all know how important education is, but why are there so many people
who graduate these days with degrees but can’t get a job? And how can people
who are not able to study due to poverty but want to earn a living be helped? The
reality is that you have done your part to finish school and get a good job but the
waiting result is not what you have expected. This is one of the problems in our
country that needs to be solved and the current leaders should pay attention to
this issue.
Nowadays, I notice many young people who have completed their
education but the job they have gotten is not suitable for what degree they have.
Others are struggling to find work and some have no job at all. It is hard to imagine
that this is the current system we belong to. So I am here today to discuss with you
the suggestions that will matter most to us in the future.
As an observer, a learner, and a leader, I will give my full effort to fix this
problem. Many children want to go to school but cannot go because of poverty.
Others are what the parent’s job was, that’s also the footsteps they follow. In
other words, if your parent endured hardship as a servant, that is also the job
waiting for you. How can this be changed? There are ways to avoid such situations.
First, the importance of family planning must be thoroughly conveyed to every
citizen. It is not bad to have a family but everyone should know their capacity or
ability to support the needs of each member. Let’s remove from our minds that
when the family is big, it’s happy. We need to instill in our minds that we have to
balance our budget against the number of family members. Moreover, I will be
requesting to give those children who are not able to study financial support to
assure that every child can go to school to learn and enhance their knowledge.
Secondly, the government needs to be strict with its laws regarding age
discrimination law. Many have still the ability to work but more establishments
here in the Philippines are always looking for younger manpower resulting in many
Filipinos aged 45 and above staying at home early waiting for possible
opportunities that may come. This should be one of my focuses as a leader
because a large percentage of Filipino people are unemployed. Next, I will do and
implement more projects that will support new graduates to have the training and
work accordingly to the course they have completed. We only need proper
coordination between the government, the people, and the establishments so that
the smooth circulation of the economy becomes permanent. My fellow men, do
not just depend on the government alone for our lives. And let’s avoid thinking
that our failure in life is only the government’s fault. Let’s all be responsible to fix
our current situations to welcome a smiling future.
Lastly, being a leader, I promise to listen to everyone’s complaints but you
should also listen to what we know is better for the majority. I can’t do this alone
so I also need your presence in this matter. Let’s work together for the
development of ourselves and our country.

Education is really important and it feels so good knowing that you have
finally accomplished everything in school to hold your degree. I am Mikhyla Jazhel
A. Hernandez, reminding everone,“The end of schooling means just the beginning
of your entry into real life!”. The future that you will have depend on the decision
and steps you’ll make in the beginning.

Isyung tila ba

pinangarap mong maging balang araw.
