17/Reg.), Govt. Dispensary Sabzazar, Lahore is hereby allowed to undergo FCPS Level-IV Training in Endocrinology
from SIMS / Services Hospital, Lahore and is adjusted for pay purpose at the disposal of CEO (DHA) Lahore, w.e.f.
01.09.2022, for adjustment against any vacant post of WMO/EMO/SWMO/SMO/APWMO till completion of her training.

2. She will not draw any stipend during her training.

3. After completion of training, she will report to Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department for further posting. Medical
Superintendent, Services Hospital, Lahore will ensure to relieve her immediately after completion of her training under
intimation to Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department.
