2.2.20 Security Intercom

A. Outdoor Audio Intercom
This station shall have a 2mm stainless steel faceplate and shall be equipped with dual IP
ports for possible daisy chaining of IP stations or devices, an integrated web server for
programming, wideband audio (7kHz), dry relay contact for a door opening or strobe control
as standard features. IP station shall use an advanced signal processing algorithm to identify
and filter out background repetitive noise signal audio. The feature shall be integrated into
the IP station onboard DSP and software adjustable from the IP station integrated web
server. The station shall be vandal-proof and shall be equipped with a one-call button and IP

B. Guard Unit
Desk-mounted guard must be provided with 32 character alphanumeric digital keypad. It
shall allow the user code and name to be displayed, keeping the unanswered calls stored in
the memory. It shall also allow call transmission with indirect codes, management of alarm
indications from internal devices.

2.2.21 Gate Barrier System

A. Automatic barrier shall be seamlessly integrated with the Access Control system and
provide management/control capabilities from the security room.
B. The contractor shall provide a 3m arm gate barrier OR Matching the site requirement at
main entry and exit points of the warehouse.

2.2.22 Automated Bi-folding Gate

A. A non-rated automated bi-folding shall be provided in the main entry/exit gates as shown
on the drawings.
B. The gates shall be monitored and controlled remotely from the security control room
