02. That I have to take/taken 50 Hours EDUCATIONAL COURSE under rule
5(1) read with rule 12(2)(a) for registration of valuers, from CEV IAF RVO, in its
……………………. batch in the month of ………………., which is/was to be conducted
online/offline.
03 (a) That i want to join CEV IAF RVO after attending the 50 Hours
EDUCATIONAL COURSE under rule 5(1) read with rule 12(2)(a) for registration
of valuers, from some other RVO and after taking NOC for transfer from there i
want to join CEV IAF RVO as a member
04. I have read & completely understood the qualification, experience and
other requirements as per Rule 4 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and
Valuation) Rules, 2017 and satisfied myself before filing the application form
for all terms and conditions of the authority.
05. That all documents produced by me are genuine and valid as on date
of admission in the course & I have paid fee for the course at my own cost &
risk to enhance my professional knowledge and will not claim any refund in
case my qualification documents/experience documents found not genuine
and are not accepted by IBBI for registration as valuer for whatsoever reason.
06. I have read and understood the & checked the CODE OF CONDUCT &
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF IBBI EXAMINATION FROM THE IBBI OFFICIAL SITE
and committed to follow it all the times during my membership continues in
CEV IAF RVO and I found myself fit in those criteria for appearing in IBBI
examination / registration with the Authority as on date before applying for
the membership in CEV IAF.
07. I shall be held responsible for providing all requisite documents required
for registration/renewal with Authority whenever required by the concerned
authorities/RVO. I shall follow all the CODE OF CONDUCT of CEV IAF RVO and
commit to pay all required fees & dues in time.
08. No information is hidden, concealed and misleading which is given by
me in my application form for membership.
