09:00 a.m. -Cleaning die head at machine A-4. the

machine did not working because no
order of product that produce by this
machine. So we need to service the
machine like cleaning and maintaining.

12.30 p.m -Lunch

-Follow Technician to maintaing the

2.00 p.m contactor that control the heater.
This need to be done once per week
to make sure the contactor is in a
good condition.for example tighten
the screw and make sure the cable is
really tight so that when current
flow there is no spark occur.

6.00 p.m -Punchout.

09.00 a.m -follow technician to plant 3 to check
roller condition, because it cannot roll
smoothly. Then we decide to change
the bearing.

2.00 p.m -clean up the inverter from dust using

air blower. Then troubleshoot the
inverter to ensure the inverter is still in a
good condition

supply. They found out that machine
they have troubleshoot got problem
from tht power supply.

3.00 p.m -fixing the roller. The operator has

smash the shaft that make the tighten
the bearing so that the bearing cannot
roll smoothly.
