Sub: Outcome of the Board meeting held on August 11, 2023

In compliance with regulation 51 and 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby
enclose, the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company along with the Limited
review Report (“LRR”) for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, which have been duly approved by
the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) in their meeting held today i.e., August 11, 2023.

Further, we are enclosing the following documents:

a) Disclosures as required under Regulation 52(7) of the Listing Regulation; and

b) Disclosure as required under Regulation 54 of the Listing Regulation.

We would also like to inform you that the Board has considered and approved the borrowings
of the Company by way of Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) up to the limit of
INR 4000 Crores on a private placement basis and Commercial Papers ("CPs") up to the limit
of INR 1500 Crores which is subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The board meeting commenced at 05:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 07:35 PM (IST).
